Can a Successful Brand Have an Accent? - Scholarship Owl Essay Prompt

When I read this question, my immediate response was, “yes, of course, a successful brand can have an accent.” But then I got to thinking, this is a trick question. I, an American, would automatically assume that Versace or Giovanni Ferrero have accents just because their voices sound different than mine. And this very occurrence is what one might classify as an accent. With that, in any different point of view, every brand technically has an accent. Therefore, a successful brand can have an accent. That is unless we are talking about a visual accent, meant to make something “pop” if you will. Then, that is another story for another day.
